Appointment time depends on service: mini partials can take 30–45 minutes, partial highlights 60–90 minutes, and full highlights 90–150 minutes including toner and consultation. Please allow extra time for hair length, density, and desired lift; your stylist will confirm on booking.

Our stylists assess hair health, use protective bond-building treatments, choose gentle lighteners and correct timing to minimize damage. Regular conditioning and at-home care further protect results and maintain hair integrity between visits.
Full highlights cover the entire head for overall brightness and high-impact contrast, while partial highlights focus on the crown and face-framing pieces for subtle dimension. Choose based on desired intensity, maintenance tolerance, and natural hair—your stylist will recommend the best option during consultation.
Toner refines the final shade, neutralizing unwanted warmth or brassiness and creating a polished salon finish. It's recommended for lighter lifts or when you want precise tone control. Your stylist will advise whether toner suits your look and include it as an add-on.
